I took part in a cool workshop today with this weeks visiting speaker, Kerry Morrison, and I feel truly inspired! It was a very discussion based workshop talking about issues with art and possible solutions. We did a task in which we went into a public space, produced several small works of art and then swapped them once we returned to the studio. These are the two I received and I love them! It is mad to me that the people who draw these did not care for them and were not only eager to give them away but were curious as to why i would want them! This in itself has made me think about the value I place on my own work.
